Savory, buttery, cheesy scones!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of self raising flour
- 150g of cold grated butter
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 cup of grated cheese
Method
- Kneeded together into buttery flour bread crumbs lumps
- Comes together as slightly crumbly dough which you can push together
- Roll out to 2.5 cm thick
- Sharp sided cookie cutter
- Bake at 200 fan forced in a hot oven
- Kneed as little as possible
